Snacking on fruit and veg will keep cravings at bay and get you your 5-a-day!
Being in a calorie deficit will help you lose weight but it’s important to be healthy on the inside too ❤️ as well as fuel you for the day.
Stress
Stress is a factor that will hinder your weight loss - so make sure you take the time for you - to relax and unwind.
Exercise
Exercise can contribute to being in a calorie deficit ( you need roughly-500 p/day from either food consumption / activity or a combo of both to lose 1-2lbs a wk)
It also builds muscles, fitness level and releases those wonderful endorphins that make you HAPPY!
Water
Staying hydrated is so important! Fuel your mind and body by drinking enough water 💦 8-10 glasses p/day is a great start. Our body weight is made up of 60% water.
